Terms of Service

By using GENIUS, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and human.

1. What this is

GENIUS is a free brain-training and IQ-testing platform. We provide it as a service for entertainment, self-improvement, and friendly competition. We do not provide medical, clinical, or professional psychological assessment. Scores are estimates calibrated to a standard normal curve and should not be relied upon for any official, legal, academic, or employment purpose.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest. Creating an account lets you save your ELO, climb the leaderboard, and view your full performance history. You are responsible for any activity on your account. Don't share passwords. We may suspend accounts that cheat, harass other players, or attempt to manipulate the leaderboard.

3. Fair play

No automation, bots, or external tools to find answers. No exploiting bugs. No harassment in multiplayer or community features. Violations result in score resets, bans, or both. Our anti-cheat is conservative — false positives can be appealed via the Report a Problem flow.

4. Content you submit

If you submit feedback, bug reports, or suggested questions, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that submission to improve the product. We will not publish your personal information without permission.

5. Disclaimer

GENIUS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, score accuracy, or matchmaking fairness. We may change game rules, ELO formulas, or pricing at any time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENIUS and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months (which, for most users, is zero).

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
